Become an Access Advocate

Legislative issues arise in the US Congress that affect patient access to medical technology. These issues may include:

Medicare reforms to streamline the current fifteen month to five year or longer process required by Medicare to cover fully an FDA approved technology
FDA reforms to modernize the agency and assure that safe and effective technologies reach patients quickly
Reforms that will help expand insurance coverage to the uninsured
Overall Medicare reform that may provide seniors with more health plan choices
